Lucy Carr wins the “Shining Star Award”

Lucy Carr, who has served in leadership positions with the Housing Leadership Council for many years showed her dedication to our community once again as the sole honoree as this year’s “Shining Star Award” at the Dress For Success Annual Luncheon in West Palm Beach.

Ms. Carr is a Vice President at PNC Bank and has done everything from personally conducting financial education classes and mock interviews, to engaging partnerships with other nonprofits throughout the area. She has served as past Chair of the Housing Leadership Council Board of Directors and on many committees and taskforces. PNC recently sponsored our Home Matters Report.

Congrats to Wellington’s New Mayor, Anne Gerwig

Anne has served for several years on the Housing Leadership Council Board of Directors and is active in our Public Policy Committee.

Ms. Gerwig is the Director of Client Communications for Alan Gerwig and Associates, Inc. located in Wellington. The company has provided civil and structural consulting engineering services throughout the state since 1998.
